Problems at Charing X this morning?

I notice that my planned train, along with a number of others, has been cancelled from Charing X this morning due to an 'unknown reason' (source: realtimetrains). Is there a link?

Not sure if this is the problem, but my work mobile is reporting that there is an engineering overrun between Orpington and Tonbridge affecting all Southeastern services this morning.
