Problem re: East Coast Express Part 1

On the first activity: EC1_01 KX - Welwyn Commuter, when I am at a complete stop in New Barnet and waiting to depart it suddenly comes up with an error message saying 'Activity ended, car derailed' which is impossible as the train was not even moving!

Secondly the activity from KGX - Peterborough Slow, when I load up the activity and press F11 to get rid of that start up box it just closes the entire program..strange.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does not seem to make a difference.

I get a similar problem with Route 1 KX - Welwyn. After departing New Barnet my Headlight go off. Tried pressing H and Shift but nothing happens.The activity continues albeit in the dark.
Another problem I have is in The First Class Sim DVD Locomotives and Activities there is an activity for EC1 which involves moving 2 x 317,s to Hornsey from Welwyn Garden.
After I have picked up the stock I get stuck in the siding on A Ground Signal at Red. I have tried Tab put informed,Permission Denied. I have left The P.C running for a couple of hours and when I come back the train is still stuck at the light.
I have e-mailed First Class Sim twice and still had no reply.
