Problem on Primrose Hill line (04/06)

Hi,

I have discovered that there is a problem on the Camden Road - Camden Jn freight line that is blocking AC traction from the route. I am keen to know two things:

1. What exactly is the problem?
2. Is 4S88 expected to be diverted via Gospel Oak (I plan on seeing it)?
