Problem 11/02/24 - Midland ML - 1Y27 failure?

While at St Albans South Signal box this afternoon, the above train, a Corby Electric, came to a stop in the Down Fast platform. It was still there when we packed up soon after 5pm and passengers were being moved across to Platform 2, presumably for the next Corby train. All down fast trains were being diverted at Radlett Junction to the down slow and back again at Harpenden Junction.

Anyone know what the problem was, please?
