Does anybody know what's the price for one of these things, transatlantic, say? I've googled it, but they all seem a bit coy about saying how much it is.
I don't know about transatlantic because these companies will rarely give you online quotes. I guess the theory is that if you need to know the price, it's too much for you....
Anyway, I have found a reservation site based in Germany, which would give a quote from Hannover in Northern Germany to Bristol.

They reckon per flying hour it costs;
€5500 - €8000 for a medium sized jet (up to 8 seats).
€10500 - €15500 for a heavy jet (12-14 seats)
Light jets and turboprops are cheaper.
So, with catering, taxes, landing fees and all that, my guesstimate would be £110,000 - £150,000 for an 7 - 8 hours flight across to the Eastern US.

Nice aircraft, although how is Lydd in London? Is this a case of London Oxford Airport syndrome?
It's all marketing, the only airports (GA or commercial) within the M25 are Heathrow, London City and Biggin Hill.
