I have a few questions that hopefully this group may be able to answer...

Does the £2.00 Child priv fare only apply when accompanying an Adult Priv holder or can a child use the card for a £2.00 fare independently ?

Does a 17yo dependant who keeps entitlement through further education (and thus now needs a photo card) buy Adult priv tickets or Child ones ?

Many years ago (1980's?) a partner was defined as your 'Husband/Wife'. Then it was relaxed to be 'Common Law Spouse' after a period of living together (2 years?). Now there seems to be no period of time that a 'couple' need to be living together to gain entitlement. When did this change ?

Thanks all.

The child Priv £2 max fare applies even if travelling alone. The adult Priv fare is charged from 16 years old even if in education for all dependants (unless safeguarded box holder of course).

That changed about 10 years ago.
