Priv on the Cally Sleeper

How do you go about purchasing Priv Tickets for the Cally Sleeper.. Both my wife and I hold PTACs issued by TfL

I have had a rather miserable time trying to buy Priv sleeper tickets at most of the ticket offices I tried. However, Kings Cross LNER and Paddington GWR made it look simple and did it within 30 seconds.

There is an online portal now, so will try that next time, but I don't think that is accessible to TfL staff.

Ring up Caledonian Sleeper customer services/telesales - they can do everything over the ‘phone.

Are you sure, last time I spoke to them they could confirm availability but not sell, they have no evidence that a priv is held.

They can do it over the phone. I have used them 4 times over the last 6 months. They take your details down and email you the priv tickets over.

In which case its relatively easy to claim you have priv rights surely.
