Hi there,
Just a quick question about the best way to handle a situation I often find myself in. About once a week I take a bus, and it’s often very overcrowded (exceeding the standing capacity listed on the front of the bus). I have a disability which means I can struggle to stand (especially on a moving bus or train). I always join the bus from the station where it starts.
I’m just wondering if waiting half an hour for the next bus is my only option, or if there is something else I could try doing. I’ve previously asked the attendant letting people from the queue into the bus, and they said that there is nothing they can do about it.
I’m not really expecting there to be anything, but I thought I’d have a quick ask just in case.
Thank you
