Primrose Hill line shut again!

Hi all, becoming a bit of a recurring theme now but yet again the Primrose Hill line is closed, this time only the down line is shut though and for some reason some trains are still using it but others going via Gospel Oak. Does anyone know what exactly is the issue that causes some freights to be diverted but not others and when the line might fully reopen?

The track circuit affected is within the junction itself but when it fails the route is usually locked in from the Down Slow. IBJs in the slips collecting swarf…
