What will be the improvement works to the railway station that seem to be connected to the Tesco development (yet another one).,:roll:

I can assure you Paul, no entrance from the line to Tessa Cohens, original planning was
refused by Denbigh County Council, so Tessa Cohen as usual bought the site,then left it to rot, after five years? due to pressure from locals,Tessa got permission to build as usual.

Interestingly Prestatyn was the home of the first Quick Save supermarket in the late 50s, and was the originator of late night six day shopping, when shops had to close at 6.00p.m.
and shut for half a day, The owner a Rhyl Funfair stallholder when taken to court and appeared on Granada News every night, he won the case, and got free advertising for the start of an empire, I used to know Richard Gubay all those years ago, he was a bit more flamboyant than Jack Cohen,
