I have an interview with Scotrail for a Gateline job later this week and having been to and studied for previous job positions before, I was never asked questions about the jobs themselves, it was an informal interview and the questions were really about myself why a job in the industry kinda thing. So is worth studying up about the posts and station (destinations etc) or just brushing up on customer service skills?
