Does anyone know if the Metropol sleeper (EN585) from Prague to Budapest conveys deluxe double sleeping cabins ?

I'm thinking of going next June

You can check by making a test booking on the CD website, and that shows only an ordinary sleeper (823 series) as in the last couple of years (and no couchette).

The 826 series (almost identical to the OeBB ex--DB Comfortline) which have Deluxe 3-berths run to Zurich (both ways), Warsaw and Kosice/Humenné.

No it doesn't, just has the 823 coaches which do not have deluxes
