Daughter on her way home from town reporting a major power cut, no streetlights, etc.

Northern Line southwards looks to be affected but no evidence there is any link atm.

Resolved, according to Merseyrail:https://twitter.com/merseyrail/stat...4?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^tweet

Power Supply issues between James St and Liverpool Central it seems, internal to the Merseyrail network as SP Power Networks (the local electricity distributor) have no issues, apart from an issue in West Kirby/Hoylake on the Wirral, which they have now fixed.

Further power issues this morning - entire Kirkby line operations suspended at the moment, and Ormskirk branch only running to Town Green due to flooding at Ormskirk.
