I asked a while back if anyone could tell me what problems they would come across, no one replied, so...

Does anyone think this'll work? Reopening the line between Burn Naze and Poulton?

Maybe with an extention to Fleetwood in the future or maybe as a heritage line?

It would make a good, new, preserved line, however, ar'nt Blackpool & fylde borough currently looking at this line with a view to a new, fast tram link, eventually with a spur linking in at Bispham (Via Norcross)

Not as far as I know, when I'm done with my uni work I am going to volunteer for them, I love the idea, however I'd like them to not hand over the line to Northern and run their own service to Preston, however that's only my dream.

I called it Wyre Rail... But I do just hope it works.

Namely "Poulton & wyre railway society" (www.pwrs.org)
Big article about it in this months "lancashire magazine"
