Potential Woolwich Stations fares group?

I was wondering when the Elizabeth line finally opens will there be a possibility of a Woolwich station group with Woolwich and Woolwich Arsenal (possibly Dockyard) in it?

Reason I ask is passengers who bought traditional paper style tickets from Abbey Wood to Woolwich would be forced to choose between travelling to Woolwich Arsenal or Woolwich even though both stations are a very short walk from each other.

Although most passengers will probably use Contactless or Oyster for that journey it's possible that someone may have a paper ticket from further afield such as Greenhithe and wish to have the option of either of the Woolwich stations.

When they briefly enabled crossrail tickets to abbey Wood from the LU ticket machines there were two Abbey wood tickets. Abbey wood and Abbey Wood (Elizabeth Line) this seems to indicate to me that they were treated as separate services

This was, probably, because TfL fares will apply on Crossrail but you still have to pay the TOC-tax on South Eastern

As a former Woolwich resident, it seems stupid to me that tickets on different lines should not be transferable between them. Any chance the Great British Railway (or whatever it's to be called) can unify the fares structure? Or is that too much to hope for?

It will be interesting to see how many fewer passengers Southeastern will get from Abbey Wood into London thanks to the lower TfL fares of the Elizabeth Line. I imagine when the DLR opened at Woolwich Arsenal they lost a few as the DLR is always busy there!

It’s all been modelled, there’s some numbers in a (pre-Covid) Kent route study we discussed a while back, I’ll try and find it.

But here we go, they reckon they’ll initially lose 50% of passengers west of Abbey Wood:
