Postponed Northern/ECML May 2022 Changes

Does any user have a saved copy of the proposed Northern changes that were pencilled in for May 2022, that were subsequently pushed back when the ECML 2022 recast was postponed? I believe these were linked happenings to do with improved connectivity for the ECML?

The link from back then (Roughly August 21) has since expired and doesn’t work, merely sending you to the Northern Homepage.

Also, does anybody know if said changes (Both Northern and ECML) are scheduled to happen come May 2023 as was mentioned in August 2021 when the postponement was confirmed?

One thing that is happening from December, as proposed in the postponed timetable change is Northern’s Blackpool North to York service picking up a stop at Garforth, providing Garforth’s second train per hour to York instead of one of TPE’s services doing this. TPE will only provide rush-hour extras to Garforth from December.
