'Post covid' 1st class memorable catering

In the last two or three months in what the general public might regard as the 'post-COVID era', if travelling 1st class on a UK mainline rail operator that offers gratis catering, are there any meals or refreshments that you particularly found memorable for all the right reasons?

What dish or snack was served, and with what did you accompany it?

I hope to do this soon enough so am interested to discover what you found pleasing.

No-one has replied .. but, my last post-covid First class meal I wanted was the breakfast , but it didn't happen.
I just use SP (Standard Premium with Avanti) these days and bring my own snacks/refreshments.
