Am I able to travel from Bradford Interchange to Sheffield, and then Sheffield to Shipley two days later on an open return ticket? I assume the tickets from Bradford as sold as BRADFORD STNS in the same way they are in Manchester? And nothing stopping me stopping short on the return leg?

In that case, yes, you can.

It is an Anytime ticket so no break of journey restriction, and you are free to use either Forster Square or Interchange as the ticket will be issued to/from Bradford Yk Stns.
