I tried to ring them to ask and was told they could not give me that information so I have not clue what's its about. So where was the letter from? One of the train companies (e.g. Northern)?
Have you any idea what it might be about (e.g. an excessive number of ticket refunds)?

Have you asked for a lot of tickets to be refunded?
If not, do you have any idea what else might be unusual about your journeys and tickets?
For the delayed trains did you claim Delay Repay from Northern or refund the tickets in the app? That part is very important. I've come across a lot of passengers of late who seem to think the correct course of action to claim for delays is to refund the ticket in the app rather than go through the delay repay process - doing that could land you in hot water legally.

There was 7 in Oct 8 in September 2 in August 5 in July 5 in June 5 in May. But all these were either cancelled or delayed and I have screenshot
What exactly do you mean by "my account"?I received a letter today from Northern rail asking me to go for an interview about the possible suspicious activity on my account? Has anyone else had this?
Any help appreciated
I don't believe I have done anything. Looking at things now, it may seem as though I have put in a large amount of delay repay claims. Do u think I need a solicitor or do u go and no comment until I know what it's all about? If you think you really might have done something wrong, you should probably take a solicitor with you. They might advise giving a 'no comment' interview, at least until you know what it is about and whether or not there is an innocent explanation or whether you might attempt to reach a settlement.

(In terms of Northern, we know they are investigating tickets that were refunded fraudulently at the moment. But when looking for that, they might have found other things too - perhaps people potentially not paying for the whole of their journeys in various ways or using tickets with railcards they aren't entitled to.)
No it's not an e ticket, it's a complimentary ticket, same destination different times different days. My ticket is filled out before I get on the train. For example 15/10/21 8.30 was cancelledSo you have made a significant number of Delay Repay claims. Are they always for the same origin and destination? Is it always the same train time or does that vary a lot?
Do you use electronic tickets, or the card ones you collect from a machine?
If you use the electronic ones, are they normally scanned on your journey - at the start? end? during? Do you always buy them before you board the train (never after the train has set off)?
On the northen rail delay repay application accountWhat exactly do you mean by "my account"?
Daily for workThis sounds strangely similar to the Greater Anglia thread that was rumbling along for a while...
How many times do you usually travel? Daily? Weekly? Less often?
