• 2tph: Oxford to Milton keynes via all stations except Islip

According to Wiki the Aylesbury train will go to London Marylebone but is it better to extend to OOC when OOC opens?

There was a plan to Extend it via Princes Risborough to London Marylebone but this was abandoned when the upgrade between princes Risborough and Aylesbury was scrapped and now Chiltern will not run services to MKC. As regards to Old Oak that is dependent on an upgrade to the Princes Risborough to Aylesbury line to two tracks but in theory yes it would be an option.

No it isnt. Princes Risborough to Aylesbury has nothing to do with going to OOC.

Yes, and it doesn't need a redoubling. The MK service from Aylesbury will very likely end up as an extension of a Marylebone service with a big dwell in it like the Northampton trains used to have.
