Possible Problems with coach E passengers passing through First class on Adelante

This might sound a bit pedantic but on the Adelante train passengers with standard passengers in coach E have to pass through first class coach D to reach the refresca cafe in coach B.
The problem is it’s an offence to be in first class at any time with only a standard class ticket. Is there any possibility that an over zealous RPI could attempt to accuse a standard class ticket holder of travelling in first class when on route to the Cafe?
The RPI could argue that the passenger left first class coach D for coach C trying to evade the RPI and since the passenger was on his way to the Cafe, he can’t show a receipt to prove his intentions were solely to use the Cafe, unlike if he was returning to coach E with refreshments and a receipt. Result a penalty fare or prosecution.

I might be sounding a bit pedantic but could this be an issue, and have there been any cases on any trains where standard class passengers have been caught, fined or prosecuted for passing through first class to reach another part of the train?

Should Adelante first class be in coach A or E instead of D?

Also what other TOCs/ trains have first class between standard class coaches?

Transpennine Express have their first class section in one of the middle coaches of their 350s

Technically first class on the 185s is also between standard class facilities, albeit with only the wheelchair area & accessible facilities at one end. It does mean however that standard class passengers often pass through first class.

No RPI is going to cause a passenger who is working to the buffet any form of bother by walking through FC. The 180 was designed like that from the get go. If they did I would not be surprised they would be asked to see their manager without tea and biscuits.

For some time there was talk with FGW/HT moving FC into one of the end vehicles but that was all it ever was, talk.

On South Western, all of the 450s - the first class is in the middle of the second coach of four. Depending how the units are coupled, trains of 2 x class 444 may have one or both FC sections in the middle of the train.

On the approach to Waterloo, lots of regulars move toward the front doors of the train for a quick getaway, so often walk through FC on the way. Similarly on departure, lots board at the rear doors and walk through to try to find seats.

Discussing that first class passengers have to put up with the riff raff coming through to get food and drink!

No, on the 800s the first class is at one end of the unit.
