My login and home pages still come up with both logos.
That's quite odd as BT moved all their customers to a new (non-Yahoo!) platform about three years ago.

Edit: Just remembered that they did give people the option of staying on the BT Yahoo! branded platform, though it isn't actually anything of the sort.

I hadn't noticed this thread before. At the time of the OP BT had made their filtering far more aggressive. I had a lot of bounces on a business mailing list around that time.

I will be doing the next big mail out next week so I will see then if I am getting through to my clients.

Legitimate automated messaging systems are prone to being blocked at the server level with a number of email providers. Plenty of spam still gets through but anything important like a support ticket response will vanish.

You're either with BT or Yahoo! - the partnership between the two ended several years ago.

It is still badged up as BT and Yahoo. Logging in to BT (to change my passwords today, just in case) there is a 'BT email' or 'BT Yahoo email' listed as options.

It wasn't optional, I had my email threatened to be cancelled, then they huffed and puffed, had some technical difficulties, delayed the date, changed the suffix and merged the old yahoo account into a new bt account. Appearance and service quality remained the same throughout.

If only they could differentiate between 'big boy Russian beauties want you' and 'English Electric beauties you want'.

Indeed. However that is just branding, Yahoo! has no involvement in providing the service any more (TTBOMK).

I'm with Freeuk, which is part of Claranet, and my PM notifications stopped about a week ago. I'm not bothered, though, as I check the top right of the screen whenever I log on anyway.

The fact that members across so many different providers are all reporting this suggests the issue is at the point of origin rather than anything to do with the transmission and delivery.

Also been having this problem (I haven't received my morning thread updates for over a week now).

Unlike others I don't use BT mail, instead am using a corporate email (provided by Microsoft)

Nothing for me since 2/8. I use Gmail.

It appears that emails from the forum are sent using Amazon's simple email service - https://aws.amazon.com/ses/

I thought maybe the IP addresses the emails are sent from were on spam blacklists, but having checked at https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx they're only on one blackist (sorbs.net), and that's not a blacklist that's used by most mail providers.
So the emails shouldn't be blocked as spam.
