Possible problem with camcorder

I have a samsung hmx f80. The viewfinder keeps opening and closing and flapping around and I think its loose. its nothing to do with the screen its the whole thing on the side that opens and closes loose. It means I have to hold the viewfinder with one hand to keep it stable. Anyone know how to fix it.
