Hi I saw this on traksy on the 16th August this year, anyone know what it is? My guess is it might be a train being transported on a boat to IOW then put back on the rails?

Impossible. The only ferries that go between Portsmouth Harbour and Ryde Pier Head are relatively small passenger vessels, anything that goes on rails has to move by road transport and use the Portsmouth to Fishbourne vehicle ferries.

0S00 is used for freight light movements sometimes, 0B00 as well, so it's throwing traksy off.
