The untold stories i could add to this topic about what is really going on, but i think i'll hold my tonuge on such matters until Chaz is re instated fully and without suppression.
I might post my views somewhere else and wait for them to be copied and pasted onto this site, it should be interesting to watch the person explain that oneTongue may return to use 8)
I think Network Rail have already been punished with cost overuns so a fine doesn't seem appropriate.
I wonder if they could admit their mistakes and rapidly install absolute (/intermediate) block throughout that area.
i do have some sympathy with this view but i think that network rail should be broken up in to 4? regional companies and fully transferred in to the private sector. I think that network rail was a good interim situation following the railtrack fiasco but its pretty obvious that the network is continuing to deteriorate despite the huge amounts of Government money being sunk in to it and that Network Rail is unable to manage even basic renewal schemes.
