Arriving at Moor Street at 1530, the 1514 was shown as delayed until 1530 and the 1537 was shown as on time.
So I went for the 1537; it's a longer train and won't be much later.
There was a long queue at the barriers with only two entry gates open, and some people having to show tickets manually.
The 1514 departed at 1538; there was no announcement to say which train would go first.
The 1537 stood still until 1550 with no announcement whatsoever.
Also people are cramming into the rear of the train; the front coach is fairly empty. No-one is encouraging people to move forward.
