Does anyone know what became of the Yorkshire Engine plated Thomas Hill shunter that used to work the yard by the Poole Harbour Commissioners offices please? Back in 2009, they were looking to dispose of it and I even went there to see this shunter with a view to rescuing it. Sadly I wasn't able to set up a fund in time and nothing came of my project - I had hoped to get it to a heritage railway. I would love to know what its fate was.

If it was works number 173V then it was scrapped in 2010 by Poole Harbour Commissioners, there is a photo of it on The Stephenson Locomotive Society website from 2013
