Polish train catering

Im going from Bydgoszcz to Gdansk on the IC231, 18h59-20h22. The train finishes not much later in Gdinya. Does anyone have any experience of how soon the restaurant car is likely to start closing up? Am I likely to have time for some dinner before they stop serving?

Lots of time there. Usually at about 15 mins from destination they start to close up.

I'd only expect them to start closing after Gdańsk.
