I'm a wheelchair user, and was due to travel on the 14:22 from Worcester Foregate Street to Oxford. Unfortunately there was some sort of points failure between Foregate Street and Shrub Hill, so I was sat on the hot train for 45 mins, then they got me off the train and said they'd get me a taxi from Worcester to Oxford, which they did.
I arrived into Oxford at 17:15 rather than 15:49, so it seems as if I could claim compensation. However, I was surprised they did the taxi through to Oxford, I'd thought they were only obliged to get me a taxi to Shrub Hill station, so should I claim compensation?
