As far as I know nuclear flasks. Nothing else planned and these movements will be few and far between. It's the only acceptable method of moving the stuff. Devonport is the home to a number of rotting submarines that will have to be dealt with at some point. Modern subs are fuelled for life.

The reactors from the Devonport submarines were supposed to go to Capenhurst for storage. This was announced in 2016, but nothing has been heard locally since then.

Capenhurst is adjacent to the Birkenhead and Chester line, but the nuclear site is no longer rail connected. Documents in 2016 expected the reactors to arrive by HGV (which has its own issues on local roads).
