Am I correct in saying that a PLUSBUS add-on for any origin or destination within the West Midlands county covers all daytime bus and Midland Metro services within the entire county? Compared to stations like those in other PTE areas (or even stations like Bath Spa), £2.20 (£1.45 w/Railcard) sounds like excellent value.

Yes, anything with +BUSWM covers the Midland Metro and bus services on certain operators in the ex-West Midlands County. Don't be put off by the maps on the PlusBus website which only show the areas around the station.

It is very cheap, but the buses in Birmingham are very cheap. I remember when it was £1.50!
