PlusBus Question

My wife and I shall be travelling by train from Liverpool to Llandudno in a couple of weeks time and we intend buying PluBus tickets for Llandudno which are only £1.95 each (we have railcards)

After advice on this forum, an off-peak return would let us break our journey, which we would like to do at Chester. Would I be able to buy my wife a PlusBus ticket for here too ? (My free bus pass works in England so I wouldn't need one)

Unfortunately, not, plus Bus tickets are only valid for the start or end of your journey.

If you’re splitting your train ticket in Chester then you will be able to purchase one, but if Chester is not your starting point or your final destination, then you will not be able to purchase one.
