Travelled to BPN today with a plus bus ticket. On arrival went to Travel Centre to ask for a bus timetable. "Sorry we don't have them." Asked where the bus stop was "Sorry, I don't know."
Same result from 2 others in Northern uniform.
I eventually asked a taxi driver, and was directed under a subway and found the stops on the main road (which seemed to bend right at the top of the station approach, so wasn't obvious from the station door).

Once on a bus and later a tram the service was excellent.

Yeah it's not the most welcoming of entrances, there did used to be bus stop in amongst the taxi ranks just outside the station (only used by 1 service though) but what with the frequent changes to the bus routes lately I'm not sure if it's still used.

There is an extension planned to the Tramway to bring it up to roughly where the subway is, so that should be an improvement.
