Welcome to the forum.

It looks like a tea towel dating from 1985 - the year GW150 was celebrated.

I wouldn't pay anything for it myself, but you never know if you can find a collector, or even better two in competition to drive the price up?

Couple of similar examples currently on sale on Ebay. Doubt your example is worth more than a fiver in used condition. Good luck though if you do decide to try to sell.

As is shown on the bottom of the tea towel, the image is taken from a David & Charles book, so concur that this dates the item as mid 1980s or after.
