I was wondering if someone on here worked for or knew of someone who worked for First Scot Rail?

I am currently a Guard for South West Trains and hope to progress to the Driving grade within a couple of years (I am only 19 at the moment). :D

My ultimate aim and dream is to become a Driver for Scot Rail. Preferably at either Inverness or Fort William because of my love of the Highlands and the routes they sign.

I was wondering if someone would very kindly talk with me about what it's like to work for Scot Rail (conditions, pay, routes ect)? Preferably someone who had a connection with the above depots?

I very much appreciate any help.
