At Upminster i have never paid to go on the platform
Had no clue that LU sold them, but apparently they do!
A rip-off though, £1.00, when I'm sure NR's are £0.10?
I do wonder if anyone has ever bought one with legitimate reason..?
They're sold at Southwark for people exiting from Waterloo East through the station.

No. It's a payment to take a shortcut through the Tube station to reach Waterloo East NR station from the street. Oyster users can pass through for free.
