Platform layout at Cardiff

After seeing pictures of trains at Cardiff Central I was wondering if it is built on 2 levels? I know this may sound stupid but the pictures I've seen seem to suggest that there are tracks on two different levels. Can anyone explain this to me, I'm a bit confused. Thanks guys. :);)

Cardiff Central is generally built above ground level, but all platforms are on the one level!

no, they are on one level, but the ticket hall is below. Which pictures are these?

The 67 is on the Up main out of Central, where the units are above, the line runs from Central to Queen Street from platforms 6/7 at Central. - see attached image.
