do you want to buy one? They are available via the internet from various companies. I thought about one for the garden in an idle moment. They may not be "pukka" but they look a pretty close copy.

I think this design of bench was made by Macemain Engineering although have not seen or heard of them for some time.

It was designed by an architect called Brian Milne for the Milton Keynes Development Corporation and adopted by BR as a standard fitting for their stations (and loads of other authorities for their towns etc, Telford was full of them), I think at the time there was a standard programme for sharing these things.
They lasted pretty well but I think they've mostly gone now as the legs had a habit of rotting out following decades of treatment with deicing salt!

There's probably some website that details all the slight variations there are, like hole size & shape! My local station still has a few, with oval holes.

The original, mark 1, version had round holes but children kept poking their fingers into the holes and getting stuck.
So the mark 2 version had oval holes.
The design is still seen all over Milton Keynes although some later ones are silver colour rather than black - and there are still a couple of mark 1 benches in situ if one knows where to look
Recently the area around Lloyds Court, the first part of the central shopping area to open, has been refurbished and modern versions of the original street furniture put back and some new Brian Milne benches with round holes, but bigger ones to avoid the stuck finger issue, have been installed.
If the OP wants to know where they are made try asking MK City Council.

Well, the entire station is now swathed in scaffolding and heavy-duty screening.

They are not nice to look at (IMHO) but are comfy enough to sit on. Unlike what seems to be the latest station bench design, thick wooden (?) planks on a metal frame that are horrendously uncomfortable.

They have some of these seats in one of the seating areas of the business park i work at, always like to sit in them and for a moment makes me feel like i am at a quiet remote station in the shires and not a tedious business park in Solihull.
