Hi all. First time poster. I've been invited to attend an interview for platform assistant after recently passing the online assessment, assessment centre and role play. I'm aware that there will be an interview panel - can anybody please shed some light on how many people are on the panel exactly and how long the interview lasts roughly? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yep, normally a line manager and a team leader conducting the interview. From memory, this was a very quick interview (30 mins) and was a mixture of customer service and lifestyle questions (just to paint a picture of yourself). Compared to other interviews I’ve had, this was probably the most informal. Not much to worry about mate. Good luck!

Feeling much calmer after reading this. Thank you for responding!

My Southern interview for OBS was one of the best interviews I've ever attended in terms of making you feel relaxed. I'm not sure if it was their usual process but the first thing they asked was for me to tell them a bit about myself, rather than go straight in with the competency based stuff.
