Seaford Railway Station on the East Coastway once boasted EMU stabling sidings, two platforms and a signalbox. All this was removed in 2002 during the "Seaford Blockade", leaving (in theory) a long single tracked siding from Newhaven Harbour to Seaford. However, trains still call at "Platform two".....anyone any ideas as to why?

Suppose no one got round to renaming Platform 2 as Platform 1 when the blockade was over.
