Plans software - Westinghouse

I had a copy of Westinghouse plans software, which is now open source, I'm trying to track down another copy please, it works on Microstation. I know when it became privatised, over time it the software development split becoming Westinghouse plans and Balfour Beatty then signal solutions then Alstom. which you need a licence for. The Westinghouse plans became open sourced. If anybody has a copy that would be great.
