Plans for Neville Hill Up sidings.

Recently these sidings have been cleared of all the redundant DB wagons, anyone know what's in the pipeline, if anything?

Could it be anything to do with the proposal to realign the Leeds-York line at Neville Hill to increase the linespeed as part of the TRU?l

Site investigation works are progressing in this area, there is a drilling rig undertaking bore hole work

Correct. The mainline will be moved over to where the old wagons were stored. The ‘old’ mainline will then eventually become part of Neville Hill depot, where the depot will also at same time under go redevelopment.

Lead to believe that as part of all this, the Depot will be completely closed.

This Christmas the Road bridge at east end of depot will be replaced, and will be 4 tracks wide
