Planned for 33mph max

Whilst looking at Manchester Victoria on RealTime Trains, I saw this diagram which has a planned speed of 33mph max. Why is the maximum speed for the diagram this and what would be the locomotive for this?

I have seen this before on RTT. Suffice to say the light engine movement which it referred to last time I saw this did not proceed at 33mph maximum. Some kind of anomaly perhaps?

Also raised on the RTT Thread https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/realtimetrains-website.189152/page-75#post-6903671 and RTT admins are aware of the problem. It's not stated exactly what it was but there's lots of funnies in the background data and anything RTT displays is always subject to the caveat of being provided duff data.

On Rail Record, it says "Timed for 75mph". Must be that data issue with RTT then. Thank you very much for your responses.

It is because NR for some reason until a few months ago were outputting VSTP speeds out with a multiplier of 2.24 (so 75mph came out at 168). They fixed that bug without warning anyone it was coming, and we haven't had the opportunity to alter the system that does that modification back yet.

2.24 (2.2369) is the conversion factor between metres per second and mph. Coincidence?

Being picky, that’s just a single working. A diagram would show all the planned workings the traction unit would complete in its days work along with other details.
As it’s a VSTP move this working wouldn’t be part of a diagram, just an ad-hoc move.

Could this also be a factor that a lot of recording/treatment trains have different transit and working speeds?

So timetabling for the lower speed would make planning around that train more accurate in areas it is 'working'

No, as described above, it is a bug in the system. The train is not actually planned or timetabled to run at 33mph.
