Why is the maximum speed for the diagram this and what would be the locomotive for this?
Attached image shows the 0Z27 diagram, with a Planned Max Speed of 33mph.
Could this also be a factor that a lot of recording/treatment trains have different transit and working speeds?
So timetabling for the lower speed would make planning around that train more accurate in areas it is 'working'
