Beer leaflets? What are these please? Do they get you drunk?!!!

I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but no they don't!
It's just garbage from Sainsbury's, 2For1 on packs of Fosters, that sort of thing.
Oh, how disappointing! I was excited for a while!
I have a particular bug to bear with Sainsburys regarding their range of ales. My nearest branch recently withdrew Deuchars IPA (bottled and tinned) after realising that at £2.17 a bottle and £5.69 for 4 tins they'd never sell any. Is there such a phenomenon as constructive removal, á la constructive dismissal?
In its place there's the usual naff offerings from John Smiths, Boddingtons and Belhaven Best
The next nearest supermarket is a Co-Op, which is an absolute rip-off for an even narrower range of products overall. Thankfully there are a couple of off-licence independent retailers which stock weird wonderful and unknown local and foreign beers to get sloshed on during a weekend![]()
My son used to do pizza house deliveries...it is a simple thing just to place a note on your letterbox saying NO JUNK MAIL OR LEAFLETS PLEASE.
I only ever eat take-aways when I'm out having a few beers in town so local takeaway leaflets get binned. No-one buys a donner kebab sober anyway.
You must be lucky. My mum tried the same thing and it didn't make a blind bit of difference, I assume because the people delivering the leaflets didn't understand English. This would never be allowed if we still had an empire.

As I live in a tenement building with a main entry door, I would like to know which of my neighbours is letting this vermin through the door.
