Pitlochry facilities - ScotRail customers only?

The waiting room at Pitlochry railway station has a sign on the door "these facilities are for the use of ScotRail customers only", and within the waiting room the toilets both clearly state "for the use of ScotRail customers only".

Presumably therefore LNER and Caledonian Sleeper passengers are not welcome to use them...

I doubt it.
I think the signs mean that the facilities are not open to non-railway customers. You often see similar signs in pubs and restaurants

Probably just a poorly worded sign. Not unusual these days.

Indeed. Perhaps ought to have said...

"...these facilities are for the use of rail customers only..."

if not intended for use by anyone else.

Since the Strathspey railway is also based at Aviemore Station, most likely since the strathspey have their own facilities at the station too.
