Not being funny Andrew, but people like you is what gets developers backs up, keep asking every 5secs when is this gonna be done, when is that gonna be done, etc., etc. And then you wonder why you get a mouthful off developers. Give them a break, when it's ready, it'll be released, pictures will be released etc. Jeez!

agreed, even though I have only a handfull of stuff being done I get asked all the time about when is stuff going to be ready! It's frustrating enough making it never mind little voices running after you!

Personally, as a some time moderator on all sorts of train sim sites, the jokes always been on the developer that responds like a scalded cat to any request whatsoever, to me.

I always thought it was quite nice to read people interested in the work, even if you elect to ignore their comments, or provide a standard 'sorry, not ready yet' reply!

Of course the millions, and millions, of BVE Railnetwork staff know better!

Yes it is nice people being interested. Most developers release stuff as soon as they are ready and happy with it, unless they are under some sort of contract not to.

It’s very hard for a developer to politely state their side of the story to the person that asked the question who probably way underestimates (quite understandably) the problems and time involved. You can release shots of things that are not ready, and be met by a barrage of criticism.

I agree, showing an interest in the route is good, but I think its been made quite clear that there are no screenshots currently available and I don't see what constantly asking for them is going to achieve.
