Is there any service between Cockfosters and King's Cross or Osterley and Heathrow from 04.30 Saturday? The TfL site doesn't mention these sections.

No - and no service on SWR beyond Kew Bridge/ Richmond towards Waterloo - so pretty inconvenient for large parts of West London to travel in to central London on Sunday. A little coordination between TfL and NR would have been nice.

I've noticed what look like garden solar lights on spikes were pushed in to the ballast underneath the cables along the sides of the track between Hounslow West and Hounslow Central during the recent engineering closure.
