How come these vary from train to train, with some still giving Terminals 1,2,3 & 5 as the destination while others have were updated to 2,3 & 5 long ago?

I like the way Julie Berry announces Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3 & 5, and I didn't know a single train had that left. Anyone have a clue to which ones, or how many?

It would be better if the two Heathrow destinations were announced as Heathrow Terminal 4 and Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Nobody takes the Terminal 4 loop with a view to go to 2&3 (unless you happen to be transferring between terminals) so it seems pointless to include 2&3 in that announcement. For instance, if a T5 train is 10 min behind the T4 train, it's faster to change at Hatton Cross than to ride the loop, given trains wait approx. 8 min at T4.

And if there is an extended gap in T5 trains, it is quicker to stay on the T4. Better to be informed of the option all of the time and need it rarely, than be stuck at Hatton Cross waiting for a T5 train as you mistakenly got off a T4 with the high impact effects of a delay to the airport.

One of today's T4 services got switched to T5 whilst it was between Hounslow West and Hatton Cross!

True, but such occasions are rare, so on the balance of providing the best customer information, I'd still argue it's not worth appending 2&3 on the T4 announcements. It provides too much confusion to airport goers who may take it not realising they're going to come unstuck with the 8-min wait at T4 (on top of the time taken riding the loop).

They can always check the map to see that there is a complete loop, but the announcements ought to be simplified.
