Photoshop - Saving details

I shoot in RAW and then save my images 'for Web & Devices' when ive done with them, however, ive noticed this doesnt save other information like the time it was taken and the lens position at the time of the picture being taken.
Is there an option on Photoshop where you can preserve these details?

Just use the 'save as' option, and save it as a 10 or 11 JPG and that will preserve your full EXIF data. I personally save a PSD full size of shots that I edit, then a cropped website sized JPG. I've never heard of anyone using the method you do.

I think the reason for it was when I used to save as option, colour was lost and it didnt look exactly the same as it did on Photoshop when I had saved it.

Check that you are using the sRGB profile and not Adobe RGB profile; see here for an explanation .

On Elements it can be found under Image > Convert Color Profile.
