Loving 92016 and 57007! In the photo of 66850, what was pulling the maroon coaches?
Have a look at my thread purleez.

Glad you enjoyed my photographs.

The rake of maroon coaches made up the railtour "The Fellsman" which had arrived about five minutes earlier from Lancaster hauled by Stanier Design Class 8F 2-8-0 48151. The 'clanking' noise she made as she arrived took me back to the early Sixties when I used to watch(trainspot) them hauling long freight trains just south of Berkhampstead Station on the WCML:D. Enough now showing my age:).

My Photo site will be soon updated with photographs of my recent visit to Carnforth Station and viewing the yard from adjacent fields. Also a visit to Glasgow Station and Bodmin & Wenford Railway in Cormwall.
